PRESIDENTDaniel Murphy is the founder of Murphy Elites, a leading firm specializing in infrastructure design. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s degree from Penn State College of Engineering. After a successful career with Bechtel, he founded Murphy Elites in 2001, bringing decades of expertise to the field. With a track record of delivering innovative and high-quality projects. -
Bryan Stallon
EXECUTIVE PRESIDENT
Bryan Stallon, B.Eng., P.Eng., serves as our Executive President, focusing on long-term business strategies, risk management, and financial sustainability. With 30 years of experience, he has overseen diverse civil engineering projects from conception to completion. Stallon is a Consulting Engineer with PEO and serves on the Business Risk Committee for Consulting Engineers Ontario. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family in the backcountry. -
Michael Olsteen
VICE PRESIDENT
Michael Olsteen, B.Eng. & Mgmt, M.Eng., P.Eng., is our Vice President, overseeing engineering services in Collingwood. With 25+ years of experience, he focuses on transportation, land development, and municipal projects, ensuring professional delivery from start to finish. Michael also leads quality initiatives and serves as Club President on the soccer club’s Board of Directors. -
Jeff Stiller
DIRECTOR, MANAGER - LAND DEVELOPMENT
Jeff, B.Eng. & Mgmt., P.Eng., joined Murphy prime full-time in 2000 after completing co-op placements. With 20+ years of experience, he specializes in land development. As Manager, Jeff oversees projects from site layout to construction inspection. He is also dedicated to community service, raising over $115,000 for local charities through United Way campaigns since 2014. -
Jeremy Kallen
DIRECTOR, OTTAWA OFFICE MANAGER
Jeremy, B.Sc.Eng., P.Eng., oversees water resources and municipal engineering in Ottawa, specializing in residential subdivisions, commercial site plans, and environmental assessments. With 12+ years of experience, he also manages infrastructure renewal and stormwater management. -
Allan Stockdale
DIRECTOR, MANAGER - MUNICIPAL
Allan, B.E.Sc., P.Eng., is a Director at Murphy prime with 15+ years of experience. He specializes in project management, design, and contract administration for municipal infrastructure, land development, and stormwater management. Outside work, he's a father of three boys and volunteers as a hockey and baseball coach. Allan enjoys baseball, golf, and cooking, often hosting family BBQs and movie nights. -
Brian Wood
DIRECTOR, MANAGER - MUNICIPAL
Brian, a P.Eng., is the Manager – Bridges, focusing on business development, strategic planning, and mentorship. With experience since 1990, he's worked across sectors and regions, managing teams and mentoring emerging leaders. Outside work, Brian enjoys an active lifestyle with his family, participating in activities like walking, biking, kayaking, hiking, skiing, and cooking.
