StructionSite
Reality capture tied to the BIM progress record.

Engineering & technology
Photogrammetry, shot with 360-degree cameras, lets Murphy Prime capture, upload, and share site progress and as-built conditions. The photos become a digital copy of the installation that superintendents, the main contractor, and the owner can open without walking the floor.
Inside the BIM method, the same capture holds QA/QC snags, inspection photos, and as-built records, checked against drawings generated from the model. Murphy Prime uses the StructionSite platform with 360-degree cameras, Garmin VIRB hardware for photo and video, Navisworks for model review, and Cupix when a point cloud is needed for a dimension check.
Compared with traditional laser scanning, this record is estimated at about 90 to 95 percent lower cost for routine MEP progress documentation. It also cuts the paper inspection trail: stakeholders review a digital record of the completed installation instead of a stack of marked-up sheets. Offline copies of the virtual site can be handed over with the project file.
