EPC delivery so an early award is checked against a real budget, with in-house engineering through installation.

MEP construction
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing since 2001, and main-contractor delivery where the building exists to house the plant.

Prefabrication
More than 40,000 modules since 2015, drawn in Revit and set out from the model. Installation hours drop by about 40 to 60 percent.

Energy & sustainability
LEED-capable MEP engineering, efficient plant, and operations support after substantial completion.

Facility operations
A design, build, and operate model, with one BIM file from equipment selection through handover.

Utilities & infrastructure
Medium and large utility plant, pump rooms, and recorded underground work coordinated with the building systems.
