LEED documentation

Murphy Prime Construction treats environmental performance as part of the engineering scope, not as a brochure added at the end. Teams follow recognised sustainability standards and the local and federal rules that apply from design through construction.
Certified LEED engineers on the staff assemble the MEP credits and the documentation an owner needs for LEED and other green-building ratings. The same engineers specify lower-energy plant, controls, and distribution for projects of different sizes, so the target is built into the system rather than chased with late substitutions.
The practice’s work runs the life of the building systems: design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning. That is where energy use is actually decided. Equipment replacement, control sequences, and a defined period of operations support after substantial completion keep the performance from drifting once the crew has left.
MEP credits prepared by certified engineers, not assembled after the fact.
Chillers, air systems, and controls selected against a real energy target.
Local and federal requirements tracked through design and construction.
Operations support so the sequence that was commissioned is the one that stays.
