Services
Murphy Prime’s facilities operations brief is straightforward: programmes and services that stay aligned with the building’s job. Facilities management is not a side contract. It is how a finished system keeps meeting the owner’s strategic and day-to-day targets.
On data centres in particular, reliability is not won in design alone. Operations management matters as much as the drawings. Murphy Prime offers a turnkey design, build, and operate model so the client does not change teams, models, or assumptions between construction and the first year of running the plant.
Good operations is more than a stack of maintenance contracts. A single BIM model runs the whole cycle, built on the final equipment sizes, which also improves how space is explained to the client. Clash detection happens in design because shop drawings come from that model. Prefabrication is drawn into the same model, so procurement and installation start earlier and the operations team inherits a record of what was actually built.

Data centre operations planned with the people who built the halls.
Final equipment sizes drive both the layout and the client conversation.
No gap between substantial completion and the first operating procedures.
